Sometimes you find yourself in a situation where there is a need to create new checklists in Handyman Office.
Some suppliers have specific inspection forms that come with their products, but they can also be digitized and turned into a checklist.
To access NELFO and NRL checklists, an update of the company license is required.
Click on the button at the top left of Handyman Office and select 'Configuration'
Under 'Checklists', you can choose either 'New (empty)' or 'New from template' depending on your needs.
Templates are standardized checklists and forms developed in collaboration with, among others, NELFO and NRL.
In the new window that appears, you can customize the checklist's items and sub-items.
In the 'Checklist' tab, you can enter a name and define items and sub-items.
The definition of items determines what is required for users to fill out.
Example: A checklist that has items marked 'Must be filled out' cannot be deleted from an order.
In the 'Print' tab, you select the type of report layout and other settings for the specific checklist.
This tab is only relevant for checklists that are to be printed as reports.
In the 'Group' tab, you define which professional groups should have access to this checklist.
Checklists must belong to at least one professional group.
