We have received reports from some users experiencing issues with hour lists in Handyman Mobile, including:
Incomplete hour lists
Duplicate hour registrations
No data has been lost. The issue only affects how time registrations appear on the mobile.
These issues have been resolved in version 3.1.3, which is now available.
In some cases, a full synchronisation or a complete reinstallation of the app you need to fully correct the data.
Resolution for Android Devices
On most Android devices, the issue can be resolved by resetting the synchronisation state:
- Update Handyman Mobile to version 3.1.3
- Perform a full synchronisation
- In Handyman Office, deactivate you’s mobile license
- On the device, perform another full synchronisation
This process forces the app to rebuild the hour list correctly.
Resolution for iOS Devices
On iOS, a more thorough reset may be required:
- Update Handyman Mobile to version 3.1.3
- Perform a full synchronisation

If hour entries are still missing or duplicated:
- Delete the app
- Reinstall it from the App Store
- Log in and perform a full synchronisation before registering new hours
