What is the GSGroup Handyman Identity login?
The new login stores usernames (email addresses) and passwords outside Handyman, linked to a user with the same email address in Handyman. It supports two-factor authentication if your organisation requires it. If your company uses Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD), you can connect that as the authentication provider, enabling single sign-on for your users.
What do I need to do before migrating?
Three things must be in place before the migration can run:
- Every user must have an email address. The email address is used for validation — users without one cannot be migrated.
- No two users can share the same email address. Each email must be unique across all users in your Handyman installation.
- All Handyman Mobile users must have a password set. Mobile users without a password will not be able to log in after migration.
Check these in Handyman Office under Configuration → Users before contacting support to initiate the migration.
Entra ID for Handyman Cloud customers
If you are a Handyman Cloud customer, see Configure Entra ID for the new Handyman Cloud login for the steps your Entra administrator needs to take.
Entra ID for on-premises customers
Setup and integration with Entra ID for on-premises solutions require assistance from a consultant. The scope of the work is estimated based on the solution's complexity and is billed by the time spent. If this is of interest, you can contact our consulting department at consulting@gsgroup.no. Please include information about which company you represent.
