What are the prerequisites?
Before using this plugin, qualifications must be created in Handyman Office under Configuration → Qualification. Note that qualification levels are not supported by this plugin. Customer contacts must also be maintained for the relevant customers.
How do I start the plugin?
Open the customer in the Customer desktop and select Customer qualifications from the Customer menu.
How does the qualification list work?
The plugin displays all qualifications for all contacts of the selected customer, grouped by contact. A symbol in the first column indicates the status of each qualification:
- Green checkmark — Qualification is valid
- Yellow warning — Qualification expires within 30 days
- Red X — Qualification has expired
How do I add a qualification?
- Click New to open a new entry.
- Select the contact and qualification from the dropdowns.
- Optionally enter the date obtained and expiry date.
- Click Save.
How do I delete a qualification?
Select the qualification entry in the list and click Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
