What are the prerequisites?
Qualifications must first be created in Handyman Office under Configuration → Qualification before they you can assign to employees via this plugin. Qualification levels are not supported. Use only this plugin to manage qualifications — not the standard qualification fields in the configuration desktop.
How do I start the plugin?
Open the employee in the Employee desktop and select Qualification details from the Employee menu.
How does the qualification list work?
The plugin shows all qualifications for the selected employee. A symbol in the first column indicates the status of each qualification:
- Green checkmark — Qualification is valid
- Yellow warning — Qualification expires within 30 days
- Red X — Qualification has expired
How do I add a qualification record?
- Click New to open a new entry.
- Select the qualification from the dropdown.
- Optionally enter the date obtained and expiry date.
- Click Save.
How do I delete a qualification record?
Select the entry in the list and click Delete. Confirm the deletion when prompted.
