How do I view the salary base for an employee?
- In Handyman Office, go to the Employee module
- Find and select the employee
- Click Time sheet for employee in the left-hand menu
- Set the From and To dates for the period you want to review
- Select which data you want to see (cost elements, order breakdown, etc.)
- Click the Refresh icon to update the report
The report shows all hours and cost registrations for the employee within the selected period, broken down by order, cost element, and date.
What does the report show?
The time sheet for employee displays:
- Total hours worked per day and in total for the period
- Hours broken down by cost element (e.g. normal time, overtime, travel)
- Material registrations if included
- Order numbers each registration is linked to
This report is the primary source for payroll export and salary base verification. You can print or export it from the report toolbar.
