Before you can make a service contract you need to define a contract type.
The settings defined here can be changed on individual contract but the type will set the default values so you can quickly sett up drastically different contracts rather than small adjustments.
General
Unique to the settings for contract type is the option to choose not to handle contract documents in Handyman Office.
Invoicing
Choose what costs in the contract type to be included on invoices and the default frequency of invoicing.
Invoice rules
Add the invoice rules you want to use on all contract of this type.

This text editor allows you to define the terms of your service contracts that are to be used for the contract type.
If you have chosen to handle contracts outside Handyman Office this step will not be available.
