Sometimes, as part of the troubleshooting process, it might be necessary for a support agent to see what the end-user sees in Handyman on the mobile device.
If the user is not able to screenshot or film the issue, we use the remote access tool TeamViewer.
In the App Store or Google Play Store you can find TeamViewer Quick Support.
When you open the app you will see an ID number that the support agent needs to to know to remotely connect to your device.
Once the connection has been established you have to click 'Start broadcasting' on the mobile device.
PS: Currently iOS devices only allow remote viewing and not direct control of the device.
