Events can be triggered/activated in Handyman Office, by a coordinator (Case handler) if the setting on the event allows for it. Otherwise, the buttons for Done/Reject are disabled (grayed out).
Some events are automatically activated based on order creation, completion, or previous event. This type of events cannot be manually activated.
Events are displayed on orders in Handyman Mobile - if the event is visible to the participant.
Manual events can be triggered in Handyman Mobile (for main participant, or all participants, based on Event characteristic).
