Events can be triggered/activated in Handyman Office, by a coordinator (Official in charge) if the setting on the Event allows this. Else, buttons for Done/Dismiss are inactivated (greyed out).
Some events are automatically activated based on order creation, completed or previous event. These types of events cannot be activated manually.
Events appear on the order in Handyman Mobile – if the Event is visible to the participant.
Manual events can be triggered in Handyman Mobile (for main participant, or all participants, based on Event characteristic).
