User is not able to view or download documents

For the preview and documentation download buttons to work, you need to allow pop-up windows for the address of your customer portal. This is done differently depending on whether you use a PC or Mac, as well as which browser you use.

Allow pop-up windows (PC)

Microsoft Edge

Here's how you do it:

1. Tap the three dots at the top right of the browser

   Select Settings

   Then Site Permissions .

2. Select Pop-ups and redirects .

3. Turn the On / Off button for Block off.

Mozilla Firefox

To access pop-up settings:

1. Click the menu button

   

   and then click Settings.

2. Click on Privacy & Security .

3. Uncheck the Block pop-ups window in the Permissions section to turn off the pop-up blocker completely.

• A click on the Exceptions button… provides access to a dialog box with a list of sites that are allowed to open pop-ups.

Enter the address of your customer portal and click the button to add it to the list of sites that are allowed to open pop-ups.

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome on your computer.

2. Go to the page for your customer portal that blocks pop-ups.

3. Click on Pop up window is blocked

   

   in the address bar.

4. Click on the link for the pop-up window you want to see.

5. To always see pop-ups for the website, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [website] > Finish .

Allow pop-ups (Mac)

Apple Safari

In Safari on Mac, you need Web site settings to customize how you browse each site. To change these settings, choose Safari> Settings and then click Sites.

The settings you can customize (eg Block / Allow Additional windows (pop-up)) are displayed on the left.

To apply a setting on the site to the right, first select the setting and then the desired option from the pop-up menu next to the site.

Mozilla Firefox

When Firefox blocks a pop-up window, you will see an information bar.

If you click the Settings button in the information bar or the icon in the address bar, you will see a menu of options. Then choose:

• Allow pop-ups for this site

Google Chrome

1. Open Chrome on your Mac.

2. Go to a page that blocks pop-ups.

3. Click on Pop up window is blocked

   

   in the address bar.

4. Click on the link for the pop-up window you want to see.

5. To always see pop-ups for the website, select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [website] > Finish .
