Here you define your trade and cost element groups, and assign these groups to your employees for targeted distribution of basic data. Groups are an important part of the configuration for mobile users. Each employee who is granted a license for a mobile device must be assigned at least one trade group and one cost element group.
Trade groups are a collective term for a selection of suppliers, checklists, dictionaries, article packages, document templates, and revenue categories defined for a specific trade or industry, e.g. electricians, plumbers, etc. Users with access to a trade group will have access to the defined selection of the trade group.
This group can be a collection of cost elements for ordinary use, cost elements for apprentices, etc. A cost element group is a collective term for a selection of cost elements.
Trade groups have the following sub-lists:
- Users - This is the employees that has access to this group.
- Suppliers - This is the suppliers connected to this group.
- Checklists - This is the checklists connected to this group.
- Dictionaries - This is the dictionaries connected to this group.
- Article packages - This is the article packages connected to this group.
- Document templates - This is the document templates connected to this group.
- Income category - This is the income categories connected to this group
This means that the above users will be able to access materials, checklists, dictionaries, product packages, document templates and revenue categories through this subject group.
The Cost element group has the following sub-lists:
- Users - This is the employees that has access to this group.
- Cost elements - This is the cost elements connected to this group.
The number next to the list items are the number of items within each sub-list within the group.
