Introduction
Groups are an important part of the configuration for mobile users. Every employee who receives a license for a mobile device must be assigned at least one trade group and one cost element group in order to register time and materials on orders.
Step-by-Step
- Navigate to Configuration > Users.
- Select the user to assign groups to from the list.
- Select 'Groups' from the line of tabs.
- Pick trade-/cost element groups from the "Available trade/cost element groups" on the right-hand side by either double-clicking or by selecting a group and clicking the left arrow.
- Assigned trade- and cost element groups are listed in the "Selected trade/cost element group" boxes on the left-hand side.
- Click 'Apply' in the bottom right to confirm your choices.
