It is possible to add new participants to an existing order and create tasks for them simultaneously using the resource planner.
If you add new participants in this way, it is easy to adjust the start and finish time of the task.
To add a participant with a task in the planner, click on 'Plan order'.
When the planner is open, and the order is displayed in the filter, you can search for participants to add via the menu below the calendar.
NOTE! If this is the first participant on an order, they must be specified as the main participant.
Alternatively, you can use drag and drop on the order from the menu to assign it to employees who are visible on the timeline.
