I have activated the participant's GPS travel log license, but the travel log does not appear on the mobile, why?
Answer
Since the Electronic Travel Log license has been granted the user, we can skip the user license configuration and check the following:
Login credentials
- On the mobile navigate to Settings > Connections
- Click on "Enter Credentials"
- Make sure you have the correct login information at hand from the Travel Log application (Guard Systems / Guard Log)
- Customer = Customer ID
- User ID = Often an email address
- Password = The password set in the Travel Log application
- If the correct information has been added, the dialogue box will close without an error message after you click "Confirm"
