Changes
service
- Improved service order generation by reviewing rules for combining orders, rules for adding order contacts and assigning caseworkers
- Renewal of a contract will automatically set it to active
- We disable the update icon for terminated contracts that cannot be renewed
- System error if the user tries to delete addresses of customers belonging to an installation has been removed
Employee
- We have re-implemented the possibility to filter on officer in charge in the department filter in the Hour Approval module
- Approved date for time registrations was removed if user added additional information about the registration
Order
- New function for adding service forms to existing service orders
- New function for specifying the deviation type for all types of service tasks
- Copy of order will not copy scheduled dates
- Historical invoice orders were visible in the list of completed orders
JobAgent Service
- The service can now save copy to folder without generating email or printing
Synchronization
- The order delay setting has been improved to support scheduled dates and synchronization of orders on the same date as the scheduled start date.
- Activation of a free order on the mobile could have missing equipment if the order belonged to a department other than the mobile user
integration
- Avoids duplication of installations if the xml file to be imported from ERP includes the same installation several times
