On Friday, February 28, 2025, we successfully released a fix to address the issue impacting the generation of reports through our API. This particular problem had caused inconvenience for many of our users, and we understand how crucial it is for our customers to have reliable access to reporting functionalities.

2025-02-12 - Status update
Update on missing report incident: We had a stop this morning. The service is restarted and updated with a new version to increase stability and new logs to help us solve the core of the problem. A new status update is expected at 15:00.
2025.02.11 - Status update
We apologize to our customers who have experienced issues retrieving reports from the Handyman mobile and ERP systems over the past few days. The affected service was restarted at 19:30 on February 10, 2025, and is now operating as expected. We are actively working on an improvement to prevent this issue from recurring.
