Two levels of security can be set up to protect your server and Handyman Mobile users.
You can set a password for individual users and a general password for accessing the clients.
New users must synchronize and provide the client-level password before accessing the available Handyman Mobile licenses list.
User Password
You can assign user passwords in the Configuration → User menu in Handyman Office.
You will be prompted to enter your current password when you do this.
Note that this means the logged-in user, not the user for whom you set a password.
The user will then have to enter the password and select themselves from the user-list the next time they synchronize.
Client password
To set a password for the client, you need access to the Handyman ControlCenter.
Select the client from the list and click edit in the left-hand menu.
Your client password will be under the General section.
Users who are already synced will not have to enter this password. However, new users or those whose mobile licenses are deactivated in Handyman Office will be required to enter the password when syncing.
