In the service module you can move equipment and site to other sites.
This function allows you to reorganize objects while preserving the service history of the site and equipment.
It is important to note that service forms in contracts are not automatically updated when the site or equipment is moved so contracts need to be updated if the new adherence does not fit the existing contract.
To initiate the process of moving you first highlight the object you want to move and click 'Move' in the left hand menu.
You are now presented with a 2-stage wizard for selecting what to move and where to move it.
If you check to move a site then any equipment connected to it will follow.
The destination does not have to belong to the same customer and the ownership of the site and equipment will be updated based on your choice.
On the right hand side you will see the available destinations for the site and equipment based on what customer you have selected.
