In Handyman Office site and equipment can be assigned to departments. The list of site and equipment in Handyman Mobile shows all entries that are
a) Not assigned to any department or
b) Assigned to the user's department.
It is possible to assign an order to a user where the equipment is not within the users's access rights as defined above. In this case the user will have access to the full site/equipment information only via the order menu, but not via the equipment Menu. Via the order menu he can (depending on his rights) see the equipment details, edit the equipment and consult the service history. History will show all orders regardless whether the order belongs to a different department than the user.
