This menu contains information about the user that is synchronized to the mobile device and the function for uploading the mobile database to our support team.
- Machine owner shows both the company name and user name.
- Store information shows the name and number of the store assigned to the user.
- Upload to GSGroup support can be done with or without a ticket number.
When you have a support ticket you will get the ticket number from the support representative if they see the need for a backup.
