Report settings

This menu allows you to set default values for reports and configure automatic printing.
You can choose the default language for your reports if you want it separate from the company language.
The list shows what reports you can affect.

1. Report parameters

   The list contains all the parameters for the chosen report.
   There is one setting for the default value and one for making it visible.
   If a parameter is checked as visible, it will appear in the left-hand menu when you edit a report from the 'Printouts' menu.
   

2. Automatic delivery

   This function is dependent on the JobAgent service.
   When active, the report will automatically print or be sent via email as soon as it is completed.
   For email sending, there are additional options for the recipient and subject line.
   An additional option for both is to save a copy of the report to a folder on the server.
   

3. Printer

   This tab covers options for physical printouts of reports.
   If no printer is specified, the default printer for the server will be used.
   It is possible to set up printing to PDF as a backup when color printing is unavailable.
   

4. Attachment

   Companies that want to add their branding to reports can upload an image file that will be included in automatic prints and PDFs.
   

5. CustomerWeb

   Customers who use the Handyman Portal can tag the individual report settings as available to end customers.
