Do you have a new mobile device? This is what you need to do to transfer your data from the old to the new device.
- First you need to sync the old one if possible to not lose any unsynced data
- Then you need to contact office workers so they can deactivate your license in Handyman Office
- When your license is deactivated you can enter the IP address on the new device and start syncing
- When the sync is finished, the new mobile device will have all your orders and Handyman data
