Before linking Handyman and e-conomic together, there are some things we need from you and some preparations you may need to make. Our salespeople and consultants are here to assist you with this.
Information we need from you to get started
The integration with Handyman requires certain information about how goods and services are organized in e-conomic to ensure optimal functionality for you.
Product groups for registering time and other costs
You may need to reorganize your product groups before we begin. Handyman distinguishes between goods and time.
- Goods and hours should not be mixed in the same product group
- The easiest way is to create a new group for time and other costs and move the few existing items there
Default values for new customers created in Handyman
Customers created in Handyman will have certain default values assigned to them so they can be used in e-conomic. The customer is only created when an invoice is generated for a new customer.
- Default currency - DKK, NOK, EUR
- Terms of payment
- Invoice layout (Under Customer setup)
- VAT zone number
Other settings
- Should invoices be automatically booked? - Default is "Yes"

Transfer customers and products
If you are upgrading from Smartday, this will be handled automatically.
During the integration setup, we will ensure that products and customers are transferred.
