To create a new category you go to Configuration → Category and choose the type of category you want to add.
Each type has a minimum requirement unique identifiers indicated by red circles.
At the bottom of the window there will be a yellow triangle and a text description if there is something that disables the 'OK' button.

- Reason for reject quote

- Reason for event dismissal
